To stop, start here....

This method of helping smokers quit their habit is built around two one-to-one sessions. Before explaining more about how they will work and some of the thinking behind them, it's important to establish first of all whether this is the right treatment for you.

Let's be clear, you have to want to stop smoking. You have to at least be able to imagine a time when smoking is not part of your life. Only those that are absolutely determined to stop and are willing to put some effort into doing so need apply.

That said, it is my belief that my method can significantly increase your chances of stopping for good. With a degree of dedication and determination on your part, I can provide you with the tools you need to cut smoking out of your daily routine completely.

So if you've tried to quit before, if you've attempted other forms of treatment and they haven't worked or if you've almost given up hope completely of ever quitting, this treatment may well be for you.

I'm trying to give up smoking...

This simple and commonly used sentence describes how the act of igniting chemically refined organic matter rapped in paper, sticking it between your lips and inhaling caustic fumes is difficult to resist. Think about that image for a moment. Think about what smoking actually is. Not terribly appealing, is it ?

So why do so many do it, and often at great financial expense ? What is it that makes smoking tick, so to speak ?
